Overnight oats with coconut and hemp
Oatmeal in all variations is still considered a popular breakfast. This is because oatmeal contains complex, healthy carbohydrates and keeps you full longer. They also provide fiber, protein, and unsaturated fatty acids.Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast for home or on the go. As the name suggests, the breakfast goes into the fridge overnight and can be eaten or taken with you the next morning. You can conveniently prepare the breakfast the night before and time does the rest.
