Avocado Tomato Spread

Making your own spread is quick and tastes completely different from any spread from the supermarket. Plus, you know exactly what's in it: in the case of this creamy avocado tomato spread, it's not just sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil, but also high-quality omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids from pure organic hemp seed oil. By the way, the avocado tomato spread tastes best on a slice of oven-fresh hemp bread. Dip tip: This creamy spread with a mediterranean touch also works wonderfully as a dip for veggie sticks, grissini or nachos.

INGREDIENTS

1 spring onion
1 avocado
50g sun-dried tomatoes
4 sprigs of basil
200g cream cheese
30g tomato paste
20g HANAFSAN organic hemp seeds
2 tbsp HANAFSAN organic hemp seed oil
½ tsp sweet paprika
Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

Cut spring onion, avocado and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and place in a bowl. Chop basil and add. Add cream cheese, tomato paste, hemp seeds, hemp seed oil and the spices as well and blend with a hand blender to the desired consistency.
