Make your own hemp pesto noodles
There are moments in life when things just have to go quickly. Pasta lovers are therefore often among those who enjoy cooking, but would rather not spend too much time in the kitchen. We show how hemp noodles with pesto can be prepared yourself – simple, quick, and super delicious.

Because sauces in particular often contain large amounts of sugar and destroy any health benefits of the main meals. We chose the Pesto Basilico with pine nuts from dm, because only 3.7 g of sugar per 100g is definitely impressive. The pesto elegantly complements the hemp pasta and turns into an absolute hit with hemp seeds as a topping! Our tip: After draining, mix the pesto vigorously with the hemp pasta and let it sit for 2-3 minutes so the flavors can blend perfectly.
INGREDIENTS (2 people)
2 cloves of garlic
30g organic hemp seeds
1 spring onion
50g pesto
300g organic hemp pasta
Salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation couldn't be easier. Put a pot of water on the stove and cook the pasta for about 3-5 minutes over medium heat, then drain. Press the garlic cloves and add them to the already heated pot with the pesto for about 10 seconds, then stir together with the hemp pasta. Add a pinch of salt and some pepper to taste. Then let it sit for about 2 minutes. Once the pasta is ready, garnish with spring onions and hemp seeds on the plate – enjoy your meal!
