Hemp noodles
Everyone loves a bowl of fresh pasta. If you use delicious organic hemp noodles as the main ingredient, you can quickly create a dish that is not only really simple but also especially healthy.The new organic hemp pasta variety Sagne Ricce from HANAFSAN impresses with a slightly nutty taste and is rich in protein, fiber, and minerals. The components of organic spelt semolina, organic egg, and organic hemp flour, combined through traditional craftsmanship, are high-quality, protein-rich, easily digestible, and require only about 4–6 minutes of cooking time. Hemp pasta is generally a nutritious alternative to conventional pasta.
INGREDIENTS (for 3 people)
250g organic hemp pasta Sagne Ricce
30ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves
Sesame
Coconut fat
PREPARATION
The preparation is child’s play. Bring salted water to a boil at medium temperature, add the organic hemp pasta and cook for 4–6 minutes. After the indicated time, drain the pasta and shake it well. Meanwhile, heat a pan at medium temperature, grease it with a little coconut fat, and add the organic hemp pasta. Separately, press the garlic cloves and mix them in a separate container with olive oil. After briefly sautéing the pasta, remove it and pour over the prepared garlic oil. After a quick mix, the dish is almost ready – hemp seeds or sesame as a “topping” complete the creation. Delicious, healthy, and absolutely simple.
