Karina Nouman – Miss Green on Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine & CBD
Karina Nouman TEH practitioner (Traditional European Healing Arts), herbal therapist and blogger. Online she is known under the name "Fräulein Grün" and enchants her community with reports directly from nature – her goal: to show people what the regional green treasures right outside their door are really capable of.The diversity of the hemp plant also inspires Nouman to research more in the fields of utility and healing – and she does so with full ambition. "What we have forgotten is that we are also nature" – for Karina Nouman, it is clear that nature has an exceptionally great significance for humanity today, just as it did millions of years ago. However, in recent decades of digitalization, this relationship has become somewhat imbalanced. For Nouman, there is a clear trigger for this. "In a world where we always have to function, we often forget the importance of nature. It is particularly evident with people who struggle with various illnesses, such as burnout, that their path to recovery is often facilitated by the power of natural stimuli. "Miss Green," as Karina Nouman calls herself online, has integrated the connection to nature into all her activities and services, whether through exciting herb walks, tasty recipes, or informative herbal medicine. One plant that consistently holds great importance in all literature is hemp. "Its diversity makes it so wonderful. I have already used CBD oil and hemp seeds and recommended hemp products to some acquaintances. It has always bothered me that for many people, hemp is still "just" a plant that can also have intoxicating effects. I always had in mind that I wanted to change this. Educating what should prevail is and remains my great task for the time being."
Hemp – the versatile healing and utility plant
It is no secret that hemp has offered a natural alternative in various areas of life for thousands of years. In cosmetics, textile production, and medicine, the plant has had great value, and even today, in the time of the return to sustainability, the plant and its active ingredients are gaining great popularity within the framework of the "Go-Green Trend." "Through the newly formed cooperation with Dr. Feurstein Medical Hemp GmbH and their brand HANAFSAN, I have delved deeper into the plant, and it became clear to me that much more needs to be educated about this traditional plant, as the potential, whether in the natural pharmacy or cosmetics, is incredibly large. The fact that we are now pursuing a common goal, with hemp playing a central role, pleases me and motivates me to contribute to this vision," praises Karina Nouman the collaboration and looks forward to further upcoming projects.

CBD and natural medicine in everyday life
The global CBD market is now worth several billion US dollars, and the upward trend surrounding the natural active ingredient continues globally. However, it is particularly important to keep an eye out for larger offers, as not every manufacturer promises what is often stated on the packaging. "Regional cultivation and in-house production are unbeatable for me as a TEH practitioner. I know where the raw material comes from, and I know where it is produced and who is behind it. Everyone must decide for themselves whether and whom they trust, but safety, quality, and absolute sustainability always come first for me," says Karina Nouman about her personal preferences. How strongly the hemp plant and its famous active ingredients like CBD will establish themselves remains open and is certainly also part of various political decisions. One thing is certain: the "green gold" has definitely arrived and has undergone an image change. Hemp is well on its way to becoming socially acceptable.
