Baking with hemp
Low-carb hemp bread
Low-carb is not only trendy and a popular method for weight loss for many, it is a diet that is usually also associated with much less sugar and is really good for our body.Hemp foods are particularly suitable here. The hemp flour obtained from hemp seeds contains much fewer carbohydrates than wheat flour and is all the richer in fiber and protein (cf.: 100g wheat flour type 405: 72g carbohydrates, 4g fiber, 11g protein / 100g hemp flour: 1.4g carbohydrates, 47g fiber, 30g protein). This low-carb hemp bread is made without wheat flour and instead uses some nuts or seeds.

Ingredients
