HANAFSAN study proves: Hemp protein and CBD oil have no impact on anti-doping tests
Cannabis, marijuana and synthetic tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are on the 'in-competition' doping list of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). A fact that unsettles many athletes, especially with regard to hemp foods and CBD products. With a recently conducted study, HANAFSAN was able to demonstrate that the daily intake of hemp protein or the use of CBD oil has no impact on WADA's official anti-doping tests.

More and more athletes are turning to hemp products for muscle building, training, and recovery. Especially in professional sports, concerns repeatedly arise about whether CBD oil and hemp protein could cause problems in doping tests regarding THC limits. To demonstrate that hemp products from approved EU industrial hemp varieties are completely harmless in this regard, Dr. Feurstein Medical Hemp GmbH is currently conducting a study.
