Dr. rer. nat. Daniel Feurstein (CEO & owner)
Dr. Feurstein studied biology at the University of Konstanz, focusing on biochemistry and plant physiology. He completed his doctorate at the Department of Human and Environmental Toxicology at the University of Konstanz in 2009, as part of an international research project. During his time as a Ph.D., Dr. Feurstein explored the interaction between naturally occurring molecules and nerve cells. Following his doctorate, he worked as a post-doc at the prestigious Scripps Research Institute in Florida and studied new drugs for use in the field of oncology at the Translational Research Institute. From 2012 to 2018, Dr. Feurstein held several senior management positions in the field of drug development in Switzerland and has been the managing director of the Dr. med. Feurstein Medical Hemp GmbH since 2017. Dr. Feurstein is a member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and has published numerous articles in both scientific journals and textbooks and presented his work at international conferences.
Barbara Jacobs-Kreigenbrink (Sales Manager, HANAFSAN Store Götzis and Production)
As a trained pharmaceutical commercial assistant with over 20 years of professional experience in various pharmacies, Ms. Jacobs-Kreigenbrink has the necessary experience in dealing with both customers and pharmaceutical issues. Since July 2019, she has been the enthusiastically committed manager of the HANAFSAN Store in Götzis.
Stefanie Chinchilla-Vega (Production)
Ms. Chinchilla-Vega completed her training as a pharmaceutical commercial assistant in 2004 and worked in various pharmacies in Vorarlberg until 2017. During this time, she gained useful experience in dealing with pharmaceutical issues and patients, as well as the production and sale of pharmaceuticals.
Eva-Maria Marte (HANAFSAN Store Götzis, Sales and Production)
Ms. Marte’s fascination with natural medicine started at an early age - influenced by her parents’ organic farm and her mother’s education in herbal pedagogy. Ms. Marte finished her training as a pharmaceutical assistant (PKA) in 2012 and has been active in this profession since then. Besides her many years of professional experience in a local pharmacy, Ms. Marte has gathered important experience as a pharmaceutical assistant in the Feldkirch State Hospital. She successfully completed her additional training as an office clerk in 2017.
Nicole Feurstein (Back Office Manager)
Ms. Feurstein has over 10 years of experience in the field of cosmetic and medical dermatology, as well as in-depth knowledge concerning the organization and administration of medical facilities. Recently, for example, Ms. Feurstein was instrumental in the successful establishment of a new dermatology practice in Zurich.
Luka Kevric (Marketing & Sales)
LLuka Kevric originally comes from the sports scene and in the course of this also successfully completed his training as an academic sports journalist at the University of Salzburg in 2018. In addition to editorial and organizational work, the Marketing & Sales departments have always followed him during his time as editor-in-chief for regional television, as well as in his private functions (Marketing & Social Media Representative for Raiffeisen Dornbirn Lions / Sales & Editing David Zamut Filmproduktion) . Luka, together with Tabea, takes over the Marketing department and takes care of the growth of the HANAFSAN brand.
Dipl.-Biol. Andrea Horn (HANAFSAN Store Konstanz, Sales)
After finishing her degree in biology in Marburg, Ms. Horn has been working in several fields, e.g. at a nature conservation foundation by Lake Constance, with organic agriculture and as a freelancer in natural pedagogy. She also has experience in retail, selling drugstore products and currently a wide range of regional agricultural products in a local farm shop. In May 2020, she started working in the HANAFSAN store in Constance, where she demonstates her enthusiasm for advising on high-quality products in personal contact with her customers.
